Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn clothing items with all original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
